Lynn S. Schaefer

Lynn S. Rich Schaefer of Mt. Royal, NJ., passed away 11:11pm September 19 2025. Age 67. Treasured life partner for 16 years and then beloved wife of Timothy J. Belko for the past 6 years. Devoted mother of Victoria Lynn Schaefer and Jaclyn Leigh Schaefer. Step-mother of Timothy H. Belko and Patrick J. Belko. Loving and doting grandmother of Austin Schaefer, Lincoln Kling and Liliana Maximiliano. Also survived by her grand puppy Wally and many other extended family members. Preceded in death by her mother, Carol Rich and her daughter April Schaefer.

Lynn graduated with honors from West Deptford High School. She then may have served you bartending and/or serving at several fine establishments in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area as she pursued her Nursing degrees at Widner University, Valued as the Nurse manager at a Washington Twp Dialysis Unit for 10 years. Upon completion of her Master Degree became a Nurse Practitioner and she compassionately tended the needs of, and was loved by, Dialysis patients throughout the South Jersey are as part of the team of several Nephrology practices for an additional 12+ years. Lynn loved going to the shore with her family, Wildwood, Brigantine, Ocean City, Florida, Outer Banks; Wherever the sandy beach and Ocean were near. She enjoyed several cruises in the Caribbean and Mediterranean; as well as trips to Italy, Mexico, Bahamas, San Diego and New Orleans, Lynn was famous for knowing how to host a party. Everything was prepared exquisitely. No one ever left hungry. Above all, family was everything to Lynn especially her daughters and grandchildren.

There will be a visitation on, Thursday, October 2, 2025 from 10am to 12 noon at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Words of remembrance will begin at 12 noon.
