On Tuesday, November 4, 2025, the world grew dimmer with the loss of our bright light, Madison "Maddie" Hope Davis. Born on August 5, 2007, in Jonesboro, Arkansas, Maddie was a vibrant soul who left this world far too soon at the age of 18. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and the community she so joyfully engaged with.

Maddie was a dedicated student at Greene County Tech High School, where she was a respected member of the GCT Swim Team. Throughout her school years, she embraced every opportunity, participating in volleyball, soccer, and track, all while competing fiercely on the swim team. Her natural talent extended to her artistic pursuits, as she excelled in various forms of creative expression. Maddie had a unique ability to excel at everything she tried, and her passion for life was evident in all her endeavors.

Maddie had a zest for life that radiated through her love for swimming, attending concerts, watching movies, and spending cherished moments at the river. She was employed at the Summer Splash Aqua Park at Crowley's Ridge State Park and the 7Brew coffee shop, where her infectious enthusiasm brought joy to her work environment. Her love for making TikTok videos, shopping, and quality time with her siblings defined her spirited personality.

Looking to the future, Maddie had plans to join the United States military after her graduation, reflecting her commitment to serving her country. She was a faithful Christian and a devoted child of God, attending church at Salvation Ministries, where she found strength and community.

Maddie was the beloved daughter of Peter and Brandi Davis of Paragould, Sara and Grant Huddleston of North Little Rock, and bonus dad, Keith Ming of Jonesboro. She is also survived by her brothers, Tyler Huddleston, Sawyer Davis, and Will Crain; sister, Willow Clark; her Papaw, James Mitchell; her grandparents, George and JoAnn Hornecker and David and Georganna Huddleston; her grandmother, Brenda George; her Mimi, Pam Huddleston; her uncles, Matt (Anita) Davis, Bill (April) Davis, Tom Davis, Tim (Bobbie) Davis, CJ (Sarah) George, Dustin (Sarah) George, Chris (Stacey) George, Jimmy (Corina) Mitchell, Marcus (Jennifer) Mitchell, and Justin Huddleston; aunt, Madison George; and numerous cousins, other relatives, and loving friends who cherished her deeply. She was preceded in death by her Memaw, Peggy Mitchell, and grandfather, Rick George.

The family will receive friends at Heath Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, from 5-8 PM. A funeral service will be Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Central Baptist Church Paragould Campus at 1 PM with Pastor Derrick Followell officiating. Burial will follow in Linwood Cemetery. Pallbearers are Matt Davis, Tim Davis, CJ George, Dustin George, Chris George, Jimmy Mitchell, and Marcus Mitchell. Honorary Pallbearers are Avah Davis, Addison Hall, Evan Davis, Josh Lynn, Jon McCole, the GCT Swim Team, her 7Brew Crew, and the Greene County Tech Senior Class.

The family encourages anyone struggling with mental health challenges to seek help. You are not alone, and there is hope and support available.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention - Arkansas Chapter, honoring Maddie's memory and helping others who are experiencing a similar struggle, or to the Greene County Tech Swim Team.

Maddie's spirit will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew her, guiding us through our days with memories of her laughter and light. May she rest in peace.
