Maria G. Seubert

Maria Seubert, age 89, of Warren, passed away peacefully on October 11, 2025.

Beloved wife of the late Tony Seubert. Maria and Tony were married on April 12, 1958, at St. Michael Catholic Church in Windsor, Ontario, and shared a loving life together.

Loving mother of Herbert (Roz) Seubert, Thomas (Rita) Seubert, and the late Elmar Seubert. Cherished mother-in-law of Cyndi Seubert. Proud grandmother of Megan (Ian) Gardner, Richard (Sheree) Stekier, Matthew (Heidi) Stekier, Stephanie (Charles) Stekier, Alaric Seubert and their families.

Predeceased by her siblings Hedwig, Alfons, Anton, Horst, and Birgit. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews in North America and Europe.

Maria was a devoted homemaker and an exceptional cook, known for her delicious German meals that brought her family together. She found great joy in caring for her home and garden, creating a warm and beautiful environment for all who visited.

A longtime parishioner of St. Louise de Marillac Catholic Church in Warren, Maria's faith and kindness were central to her life. She was deeply connected to her community and treasured her friendships throughout the years.

Visitation will take place on Sunday, October 19, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary at 6:30 p.m., at Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home, 13650 E. Fifteen Mile, Sterling Heights, MI.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, October 20, 2025 at 10:00am with Instate at 9:30am at St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church, 48115 Schoenherr, Shelby Township, MI.

Maria will be remembered with love for her generosity, warmth, and the care she gave to everyone around her.
