Marian Keehan Obituary

Marian was born on June 8, 1931 in Manitowoc to the late Adolph and Agnes (Benzchawel) Neuser. She graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1949. On June 19, 1954, Marian married Jerome "Romy" Keehan at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Manitowoc. He preceded her in death on April 27, 2011. Marian had worked as a receptionist with Dr. Mendoza, and later retired in 1995 while working with Dr. Henry Katz. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish and the St. Clare Society.
Survivors include Marian's four children, Mark (Wendy) Keehan, Jerry (Lynn) Keehan, Anne (Patrick) Plekan, and Mary (Brian) Repitz; 12 grandchildren; one great grandson; seven siblings, Paul (Margaret) Neuser, Kenneth (Carol) Neuser, James Neuser, Richard (Eileen) Neuser, Randy (Sandy) Neuser, Rosanne (Tom) Pagels, and Suzanne (Tom) Kuffel; also nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Marian was preceded in death by her parents, Adolph and Agnes Neuser; husband, Jerome "Romy" Keehan; son, James Keehan; and two brothers, Fr. John Neuser and Larry (Eileen) Neuser.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at St. Francis of Assisi on Grand, 1416 Grand Avenue, Manitowoc. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Matthew Colle with burial to take place at Calvary Cemetery. A luncheon for family and friends will then be held at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center located on the south property of the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home. The family will greet relatives and friends at St. Francis of Assisi on Grand on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 from 10 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Online condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.harriganparksidefuneralhome.com
