Marie Argus, 100, of Williamsburg, VA, passed away on February 5, 2024.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John B. Argus; mother, Ida Tavormina; father, Jack Tavormina; sister, Francis Edson; and brother, Jack Tavormina.
She was a long-time member of King of Glory Lutheran Church and their Altar Guild, while in her free time she enjoyed sewing, gardening, and decorating.
Marie is survived by her sons, John (Dolly) Argus and Don (Susan) Argus; along with her grandchildren, Deanna, Beth, Chris, Thomas, Fallon, and Christopher.
A service will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 11:00am at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Road, Williamsburg, with a burial to follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery, 809 South Henry Street, Williamsburg.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, that contributions may be made to the King of Glory Lutheran Church, https://www.kogva.org/online-giving.
