Marie A. Dittmar (Green), 85, of North Providence, died on May 9, 2024 at the Miriam Hospital. Born in Smithfield, she was a daughter of the late William Green and Edith (Hawkins) Mullins.
Marie was a long-time member of the Johnston Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
A loving mother, Marie is survived by eight children, Bambilyn Cambio, Clifford Breece, Clay Breece, Julie Jackson, Kenneth Hawkins, Forrest Hawkins, Wade Hawkins, and Wayne Hawkins, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, her sister, Patricia Walker, and her brother, William Green. She was the sister of the late Cora Sanocki.
Her funeral service will be held on Friday, May 17, 2024 at 11 am in the Johnston Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 2693 Hartford Ave., Johnston. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park. Calling hours Thursday 4-7 pm in the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence.
