Marilyn J Graber Dunphy, aged 92, passed away peacefully in Roswell, GA September 2024. She was born to Dr. Rex and Mrs. Lois Graber in Stanley, WI. She was truly a wonderful woman who loved her family and friends whole-heartedly.

She lived in Stanley through elementary school and later moved to Chippewa Falls, WI where she attended Chippewa Falls High School. During High School, she loved swimming and earned a spot on the Homecoming court. After High School, she attended Hamline University and was on the synchronized swim team, 'The Aqua Follies'.

Marilyn taught PE in MN before moving to AR, WI, MA and finally Roswell, GA. She moved to Roswell, GA in 1965 where she raised 3 children, taught PE, refinished furniture, taught swimming, and earned her Real Estate License. She worked for 22 years with Northside Realty.

Marilyn will be missed by her devoted children Karrin (Alan) Landers, Roswell Ga, and Scott Dunphy, Frisco, TX, Granddaughters, Shelby Childs, and Amy (Will) Hirsch and Great Granddaughter, Elsie Hirsch, Marietta, GA.

She was preceded in death by her parents Dr. Rex and Mrs. Lois Graber, sister Susan Maitland, and daughter Janie Dunphy.

Visitation will be at The Roswell Funeral Home Saturday, September 28th at 12:00 pm with a Celebration of Life for Marilyn beginning at 1:00 pm. Light refreshments will be served immediately following.
