Marilyn Fyffe

Marilyn Fyffe, age 75 of New Vienna, passed away Saturday evening October 18, 2025 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born October 6, 1950 in Portsmouth, the daughter of the late James and Josephine (Tipton) Fyffe. She retired from Revlon Distribution after thirty-seven years of service, served for many years as a member of the UAW Civil Rights Committee, and was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. She is survived by two children, Sheila Napier of Youngtown, Arizona and Jerry (Anna) Napier of New Vienna; two grandchildren, Candice (Chase) Detwiller and Dylan Napier, both of New Vienna; two great grandchildren, Noah Detwiller and Luciana Detwiller; two brothers, Jerry (Diane) Fyffe and Ed Fulk of Wilmington; and a sister-in-law, Carolyn Fyffe. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings Ronald Fyffe, Randall Fyffe, Dave Fyffe and Garneda Burton. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 24, 2025 at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro, when a funeral service will begin.
