Mario Mascolo Obituary
Mario Joseph Mascolo, 69 of Coaldale, PA, passed away March 31, 2025, in St. Luke's Hospital, Coaldale.
Born July 25, 1955, in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Andrew and Eileen (Nolan) Mascolo.
Mario attended John Adams High School in Ozone Park, NY.
He proudly served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam Era.
Surviving are his three children: Eileen Mascolo of New Port Richey, FL; Danielle Mascolo of Ozone Park, NY and Andrew Mascolo of Ozone Park, NY.
In addition is his companion Linda Correll of Coaldale; siblings, Andrew Mascolo of Coaldale and Michael Mascolo of Middletown, NJ.
Seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren also survive, along with several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Friday, April 4th at 11am from the E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, 655 East Broad Street, Tamaqua. A viewing will be held from 9:30am to 11am at the funeral home.
Burial will be held privately at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
