Mark William Dunn, 73, of Coolville, Ohio, died peacefully in August of 2025 at his home. He was born on July 17, 1952, in Pittsburgh, PA to James B. Dunn and Mary Frances Hubbard Dunn.
Mark was a 1970 graduate of Marietta High School. He loved fishing, gardening, thrifting and being outdoors.
He is survived by his daughter, Rachel Gerber (Nathan); grandson, Parker; brother, Homer Dunn; cousin, Anastasia Yeater (Dave); and nephew, Jason Dunn.
He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, James “Jimmy” Dunn, Jill Dunn; stepmother, Norma Dunn; Aunt Annette Mobley; and dear friend, Lorena Kimbrough.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at Oak Grove Cemetery in Marietta, with Willie Hood officiating. Family will greet friends from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. on Thursday at the MARIETTA CHAPEL OF CAWLEY & PEOPLES FUNERAL HOME.
