South Hadley- Mark David Schmitter, 72, passed away February 25, 2024. He was born on March 12, 1951 to Raymond and Lillian (Helm) Schmitter. After High School, Mark served in the US Army. Mark was a Truck Driver for over 40 years.
Mark is survived by his wife Robin (Robichaud) Schmitter. Their son, Kevin and his wife Amy and grandson Logan, his granddaughter Brittany Wajda and her husband David, and their children Riley and Reese, and granddaughter Rachel Mastorakis. He is also survived by his brother Max and his wife Laurie, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Mark was predeceased by his parents Raymond and Lillian, his brother Jon Schmitter, brother Ralph Schmitter, and sister Louisa (Schmitter) Clawson, as well as a nephew Elliot (Jay) Clawson.
There will be no services. A celebration of Marks life will be held at a later date
