Mr. Mark Allen Slate

Mark Allen Slate passed away from some complications arising from a series of strokes after four years at the Pilot Point Care Center Thursday, March 27, 2025. Mark was born on May 17, 1964, to Ben Allen and Wilma Jean Turner Slate in Washington, D.C. He moved several times during his childhood but primarily grew up in the Tri-Cities area of Northeast Tennessee. He has been a resident of the Dallas-Fort Worth area for 40 years. Mark was a truck driver and a motorcycle enthusiast.
Mark is survived by is father, Ben and brother Jeff. He is preceded in death by his mother, Jean.
