Mark Edward Weese went to his eternal rest on May 26, 2023. He was welcomed by his Savior and is reunited with many especially his mom and dad. He is free of the bonds that held him on earth and is sure to be dancing and singing in heaven.
He was born April 19, 1966, to Ed and Sally Weese who gave him the best life they could. Doctors gave him 2 hours, 2 days, 2 weeks, 2 months, 2 years, 12 years, and then they stopped guessing. Thank you to the staff of Individual Outcomes and Blick Clinic – Sparhawk who continued to care for him when family could not.
Mark was always willing to hug you, hold your hand, and sing for you and he was always smiling. If you knew Mark, he knew the color of your car, how you laughed, the color of your lawnmower, dishwasher, or whatever you wanted him to remember. Some had favorite songs he would sing with you. He was always willing to tell you to stop coughing even when you were not and to tell you you were goofy. After a while, you learned his language and his favorite foods.
A short graveside memorial will take place at Chestnut Hill Memorial Gardens in Cuyahoga Falls on July 16 at 3:30 PM with the Rev. Ruth Roth officiating. Following this service, family and friends are welcome to share memories of Mark at Jeff and Kim’s house. Contact the family for additional information and address/directions.
