Martha S. Johnson, 77, wife of Roy L. Johnson, of Easley, entered into the presence of her Savior on July 15, 2021. Born in Six Mile, she was the daughter of the late Clayton and Margie Stancil Howe. Mrs. Johnson graduated from Pickens High School and retired from Ryobi after over thirty years as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. She was a member of Jones Avenue Baptist Church, where she was member of C.W. Lyles Sunday School Class and taught Mission Friends and Children's Sunday School. Martha loved her family and enjoyed going to Clemson Football games. She is survived by her husband of forty-one years, Roy L. Johnson; children, Shelia Cleveland (Novie, III) of Honea-Path, Tamie Sue Olivares of Easley, Rita Burke (Tim) of Pickens and Roy Lee Johnson (Miriam) of Anderson; sisters, Mary Misner (Willis) of Easley and Reba Grant of Pickens; grandchildren, Brandy (Tony), Candace (Brett), Chance (Mia), Rebecca (Seth), Rachael (Chris), Marcos (Shelly) and Miguel (Kelsy); great grandchildren, Olivia, Amara, Jackson, Emma, Porter, Everett, Matthew and Ellie. Funeral service will be held Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Jones Avenue Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to service from 1:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at the church. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to a charity of choice in Martha's memory.
