Martha Lou O'Field

Martha Lou O'Field, born on December 23, 1959, passed away on October 8, 2023, in Pryor, Oklahoma. She was born in Claremore, Oklahoma, to her parents Charlie O'Field and Bessie (Sanders) O'Field. Martha was a cherished member of her community and touched the lives of many with her warm heart and kind spirit. She will be deeply missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her. Throughout her life, Martha had various interests and hobbies. She enjoyed going to yard sales, attending ball games of any kind at Salina, and spending time with her church family at Salina All Nations. Martha found joy in making beautiful flower arrangements and cherished any family get-together. She also enjoyed any time she could being at the creek.
She is survived by her sons Charles "Duk" Ketcher of Salina, OK; Amos Ketcher and wife Cynthia of Locust Grove, OK; Joshua Wickliffe and Candace Bird of Kansas, OK. Martha also leaves behind her sisters Lenora O'Field of Salina, OK; Tonka Dry of Kenwood, OK; Pat "Trish" Petsemoie and Roger of Ada, OK. Additionally, Martha was a proud grandmother to Nevaeh Ketcher, Amos "Choogie" Ketcher, Tanessa Ketcher, Kynzlee Adair, Toddy Ketcher, Ariah Ketcher, and George Ketcher. Martha was preceded in death by her parents Charlie O'Field and Bessie (Sanders) O'Field; sister, Carolyn O'Field; nephew Payton O'Field; and brother-in-law Dennis Dry.
The funeral service for Martha will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, October 16, 2023, at the Salina First Baptist Church with Pastor Brian Soldier officiating. Burial will follow at Little Rock Indian Cemetery near Locust Grove with Jared Davis, Byron Dry, Marlon Petsemoie, Dustin Dry, Jace Davis, Wesley Snell, Patrick Petsemoie and Amos "Todd" Ketcher serving as casket bearers. Honorary casket bearers will be Kymani Williams, Noah Snell, Kellyn Davis, Fletcher Kingfisher, Ashton Budder, Warrick Bark, Bobby Cade, Brayden Littledave, Logan Littledave, Lamar Williams, Ayden Petsemoie, Koah Petsemoie, Mason Stone and Daxton Dry. A visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., Sunday, October 15, 2023, in the Shipman's Funeral Home Chapel.
