Martha Ulinski Obituary
SPRINGFIELD - Martha "Marty" T Ulinski, 79, of Springfield, passed away on at 9:00 pm, Tuesday May 28th at home.
She was born on November 4, 1944 in Jacksonville, IL. The daughter of Joseph L and Lydia A. (Gundle) Turner. She married Phillip Ulinski on June 24, 1984 and he survives.
Marty retired as an accountant and buyer with the State of Illinois Healthcare and Family Services after 25 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Marty is survived by her husband, Phillip. Daughters: Alison (Robert) Bly of Rochester and Jennifer Lawson of Springfield; three grandchildren: Michael Bly, Lydia and Emily Burton of Springfield. Three brothers: Tom (Mary) Turner of Texas, Terry (Karen) Turner of Colorado and Joe (Linda) Turner of Missouri.
The family of Martha "Marty" Ulinski is being served by Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St. Springfield.
Visitation: The family welcomes friends to visit from 5:00p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Thursday, June 6, 2024, at Butler Funeral Home- Springfield, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield.
Funeral Ceremony: 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 7, 2024, at Butler Funeral Home- Springfield with Rev. Clint Cook officiating.
Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Dementia Society of America.

Phil, Alison and Jen - Marty was my first friend when I transferred to Public Aid. So welcoming to me. I recognized her from my working at Farmers Bank which was across from Colton Ins. in J'ville. We became fast friends. She was so proud of her girls. Such a fun woman and that smile is something I'll never forget. Sadly we lost touch after her retirement. So sad to see this. RIP my friend.
