Marvin Maurice Morgan

Specialist, Marvin Maurice Morgan, 76, passed away peacefully in his home in Van Buren, Arkansas on March 7, 2025. Born on August 7, 1948, in Fort Worth, Texas, He was a beloved son of Ida Pauline and Otho Thomas Morgan. Marvin was a veteran of the United States Army and served his country honorably in the Korean and Vietnam Wars. Marvin was also a proud life time member of VFW Post #1322. In his free time, he would find enjoyment in playing the guitar, relaxing by the water while he fished, and playing games at the casino. But almost more than anything, Marvin loved the companionship of his certified comfort animal "Little Bit." His beloved Silky Haired Schitzo Mix.
Marvin was a joyful, kind, and generous soul. The smile on his face was a reflection of the positive nature and happiness from his heart. Marvin never met a stranger and was always the first to reach out to offer a helping hand or to share a silly joke to raise someone's spirit, His laughter was contagious, and he will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Marvin is survived by his loving wife, Karen Jean Morgan; His two sons, Christopher Matthew Morgan and Justin Wayne Morgan; Many Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in passing by his parents, Ida Pauline and Otho Thomas Morgan; as well as his six siblings
