Our dear mother, Mary Louise Dattilo (Galloway), 97, passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2024, peacefully at home. Known for her fierce love and devotion to her family, Mary's life was centered around her husband of 61 years and her four daughters, her 8 granddaughters and eventually her great grandson and great grand daughter. A woman of unwavering faith, Mary's loyalty to God shaped her every day. Mary found immense joy in preparing delicious meals, gathering her loved ones around the table, and making every occasion a celebration of family and love. Her legacy of love, faith and perseverance will continue to inspire all who knew her.
She is survived by her daughters; Lorna (Dave Hinojosa), Lauriann (Scott) Byrum, Gina Castle; granddaughters, Rebecca (Christopher) Marino Staton, Emily Marino, Sarah Marino, Angela Alexander, Maria Alexander, Andrea (Christopher) Johann, Abby Castle (Jacob Reventlow) and Mary Kristine (Nicklaus) Byrum Altomare; great grandson Vincent Alexander, great granddaughter, Auriella Johann, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Anthony Dattilo, her daughter, Lisa Marino, her parents Edward and Celia Galloway, her sisters Colleen Matthews and Patricia Jones, her brother, Edward Galloway, and her son-in-law Christopher Castle.
