Mary Eileen Hyatt (née Doyle) known to friends and family as Eileen, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on September 24, 1943 in Philadelphia, PA, Eileen's vibrant spirit and contagious smile blessed this world for 81 years. She departed in the warmth of her home in Port St. Lucie, FL, surrounded by her loved ones.
Eileen grew up in Philadelphia, the daughter of Daniel and Eleanor Doyle, the last of 5 brothers and sisters, all deceased. Eileen graduated from Hallahan High School for Girls and St. Joseph's University while still working full time in her successful career as an Pension Specialist for AON Consulting. She moved to the Sunshine State after retiring where she enjoyed her time with friends, neighbors, and volunteering.
Eileen is survived and will be greatly missed by her partner of 18 years, Stephen Elllis, her nieces, Patty Ann Gill [nee Grindler], Karen Fuscia [nee Doyle], Tracey Constantine (nee Doyle] and Robin Lundel [nee Doyle], along with her great nephews, Joseph F. Gill, Jr. and Nicholas F. Gill. Eileen also leaves behind several longtime friends and extended family.
