Mary Anne Dangel, 74, Minot, ND, passed away Saturday, January 4, 2025, at Trinity Hospital in Minot.
Mary Anne was the daughter of Michael and Anna Jundt born on July 12, 1950, and was the 6th of 10 children. After high school she attended the Minot Business College. She had multiple bank and bookkeeping jobs over the years, but bookkeeping for St. Thomas Aquinas Cathedral in Reno, NV was the most heartfelt to her and where she retired.
In 1971 Mary Anne met her love, Robert Dangel, thanks to the United States Air Force and they married on July 1, 1972. Mary Anne and Robert were blessed with 3 children, Scott, Steven, and Sara. They gave her the most important title of grandma with two grandsons each: Adam, Luke, Ethan, Teegan, Asher, and Lennox. Mary Anne and Robert's life took them to Sturgis, SD and New Town, ND and they eventually ended up in Minot where they lived for 32 years. In 2010 they moved to Reno, NV where they lived for 14 years. On December 31, 2024, they moved back to Minot, ND. Mary Anne's passion was her family and spending time with them. Her second passion was the church where she loved to serve and thirdly, she took pride being the "beacon for the deacon" for Deacon Bob.
Mary Anne is survived by her husband of 52 years, Robert Dangel; son, Scott Dangel and the love of his life Ebony Musicant; son, Steven and Angie Dangel; daughter, Sara and Levi Vannatta; 6 grandsons; brothers and sisters; nieces and nephews; and many cousins.
Mary Anne is preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Anna Jundt; brothers, Michael and Joseph Jundt; daughter, Ann Dangel; and grandchildren, Noah Dangel and Ainsley Vannatta.

Mary Anne was a such a blessing.
She was very kind and helpful.
I will always be thankful for her prayers and words of encouragement especially while Deacon Bob trained me in The Eucharistic Ministry for the home-bound at Saint Thomas Aquinas Cathedral in Reno Nevada.
I will miss her hugs and Big! smiles.

Thank you for caring so much Mary Anne.
My love and prayers always for you, your beloved Deacon Bob and
your family.
Jackie
