Mary Frances Barnes Stennett, age 86, of Winston, Georgia, passed away on October 8, 2025. She was born in Acworth, Georgia, on January 14, 1939, daughter of the late James Robert Barnes and the late Elleanor Carmel Barnes. She was a member of Central Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband: Earl Thomas Stennett; children: David Earl Stennett and his wife Ellen, Randy Thomas Stennett, Tracy Stennett Rushing; Kody Stennett; grandchildren: James Issac Stennett and his wife Nikki, Kristin Chason and her husband Damien, Jeffery Scott Rushing, Jr., Christopher Folsom and his wife Haven, Patty Taylor and her husband Tranell; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; brothers: James Jerry Barnes and his wife Peggy; Terry Barnes and his wife Teresa.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson: David Earl Stennett, Jr.
The family will receive friends at Central Baptist Church on Saturday, October 18, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Brother Terry Barnes and Pastor Marcus Miller officiating.
