Beth was a precious angel and was loved by all who knew her. She had a special bond with her care givers at Mountain View in Keen Mountain, VA.
Beth was preceded in death by her parents Erma Irene Dales Thacker and James "Jim Thacker, and two brothers Ronnie Dales and Russel Keith Dales.
Those left to cherish her memory include one sister Judith Hopson and fiancé Wayne Horn of Hurley, VA; three brothers David Allen Dales of Honaker, VA, James Edward Thacker of Slate Creek, VA, Billy Joe Deel and wife Wendy of Prater, VA and several nieces, nephews and friends.
A special thank you to Cumberland Mountain Community Services and specifically Andrea Rife and her staff at Mountain View Home. This group has cared for Beth for many years, loved her like family, and advocated for her needs. You all are greatly loved and appreciated.
Her caregivers at Mountain View Home would also like to add the following:
Beth was a joy and a blessing to all of us that knew her. She liked to play with her toys and go on car rides and trips. She was a little lady who played a huge part in our Mountain View family. She had all the staff wrapped around her little finger and she knew it. We will miss our sweet sassy girl, but she will remain in our hearts forever.
Honoring Beth's wishes, she will be cremated and there will be no services.
