Maxine Leora Rogers (Lovett), 91, the loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great grandmother and dear friend to many, passed away peacefully at home on Feb. 9th 2025, in Hot Springs Ark. Maxine was born in Chicago Ill, on June 21st, 1933 to Carl and Kathrine Lovett.
Maxine had a wide array of interests, first and foremost was her family. She spent the majority of her time providing a warm, loving home for her husband, mother, mother-in-law, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed gardening, bird/deer watching, art, playing cards (95 and Solitaire), puzzles, reading and enjoyed a yearly visit to Oaklawn for the Arkansas Derby. She was the little social butterfly and was able to make friends with all strangers she came in contact with. A common comment that friends, family and acquaintances alike would have to say about her is, "she is such a hoot!!" With this gift of the gab, she for many years was involved with the Women's Welcome Club of Hot Springs.
Maxine is survived by daughter Linda Baumgartner (Allen) son Steven Rogers (Melinda), grandchildren Melinda Weber (David), Michael Baumgartner (Valerie), Brendon Rogers, great grandchildren Emma Weber, Maddox Weber, Barrett Baumgartner and Brooks Baumgartner.
Maxine is preceded in death by her mother and step father, Kathrine and Paul Brown, brother Mack Lovett, husband Clyde Rogers and son Billy Rogers.
