Megan E. White, 34, of Erie, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2025. She was born in Farmers Branch, TX on January 1, 1991 a daughter of Robert White and Deborah (Bice) Cook.
Megan spent the majority of her youth in Texas until moving to Erie. She graduated from Iroquois High School. Megan worked in customer service representative with National Fuel. She loved baking, cooking and kayaking. She was very creative and enjoyed crafting. Megan also loved animals and rescued many over the years. Most of all, Megan loved spending time with friends and family.
She is preceded in death by her step-father, Clifford "Lee" Cook, maternal grandmother, Jean Long Bice, paternal grandfather, James White, and grandmother, Sarah Ballew.
Megan is survived by her parents, Robert White and wife, Sheila, and Deborah (Bice) Cook; her significant other, Kalob Steele; grandfather, Harold Bice; grandmother, Sue and her husband, Earl Bashaw; brothers, Seth White, Jarrett Cook and wife, Tish, and Phillip Cook and wife, Ashley; sister, Lori Cook; aunt, Charlene Liverett and husband, Richard, and their two children, Christina and Andrew; uncle, James White and wife, Melissa; uncle, Jason White; aunt, Wendi Ehlis and husband, Tobin; aunt, Melissa Brown; uncle, Rick Bashaw; grandmother, Melinda White; and grandfather, Cordell Ballew. Many other family members and friends also survive.
Friends are invited to Dusckas Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Rd., Erie, PA 16510, on Friday, September 12th from 2 pm until 4 pm and from 6 pm until 8 pm and are invited to the Funeral Service there on Saturday, September 13th at 10 am. Interment will follow at Mount of Olives Cemetery. Megan's Funeral Service will be livestreamed. The link is posted below her obituary on the Dusckas Funeral Home website.
