Melinda Michelle Trujillo, born on January 27, 1992, passed away on September 14, 2025. She had a vibrant spirit that touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed.
Melinda is survived by her loving parents, Eric Marvin and Carolynn Trujillo, and her cherished son, Zuriah Sandoval. She is also survived by her sister, Raelyne Martinez, and her brother, Andrew Trujillo. Melinda was a beloved aunt to her nephews, Jose Olivas, and had a close-knit extended family including her grandmother, Matilda Trujillo, and her aunt, Nadine Trujillo, as well as her uncle, Jerome Trujillo.
In her family, she was surrounded by love with her uncles and aunts: Fabian Trujillo and Kimberly, Ida Trujillo, Marie and Jerry Trujillo, Pita and Andrew Vigil, and the great uncle and aunt Clorinda and Louie Ludi. She also leaves behind her aunts and uncles Paul and Mable Padilla, Gloria Padilla, and Tina Padilla, as well as many cousins including Sophia and Jose Martinez, Amanda and Leonard Sandoval, Vanessa and Jose, Alexis and Malachi, Janelle Vigil, and Ashlynn Sandoval, and Derick Ludi.
Melinda was preceded in death by her grandparents, Gilbert and Olga Martinez, and her grandfather Eric Trujillo. She was also preceded by her great grandfather Elizardo Trujillo, her aunt Donna Martinez, and her cousin Anthony Martinez.
Melinda's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
