Mia Partee Obituary
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her son, Andreus Partee who passed away on June 25, 2023.
Mia received her education from the Cabarrus County School System. She graduated from Concord High School in 1985. She was well known and adored by her friends in Logan, Shankletown and Sidestown.
Mia attended Durham Tech and received a CNA Certification in 1996. She also worked at Shrogen Hosiery from 1997-1998 and Universal Healthcare from 1998 – 1999.
Mia began to experience health problems in 2011.Her health took a major decline in 2017 after she suffered a severe ischemic stroke which left her paralyzed. She resided at Transitional Healthcare until her passing.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories: daughter, Sade Mathis, brother, Edwin Partee (Gita) and host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral arrangements are scheduled for Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at Lamb Funeral Home located at 302 Broad Drive in Concord. The visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. - 1:00 P.M. followed by the funeral service at 1:00 P.M. Burial will follow at Rutherford Memorial Park in Concord. Lamb Funeral Home Inc. will be serving the family.
