Michael J. Bastone, age 67, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2024. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Anne Marie Bastone, his three children, Michael Bastone and his wife Melissa, Thomas Bastone and Jessica (Bastone) Ricco and her husband Gary, his four grandchildren, Mikaela and Madison Bastone and Gary and Cole Ricco. He is also survived by his brother William Bastone, sister MaryJo Lombardo and 11 nieces and nephews.
While his children were growing up he was very involved with the Cub Scout and Boy Scouts as a Scout Leader and would be rooting for all of his children as they played soccer, football and any other activity that they were involved in. He was very proud of his children.
The service will be held at Hanley Funeral Home, 60 New Dorp Lane, Staten Island, New York on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, following by cremation.
In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Davis M. Rubenstein Center for Pancreatic Cancer Research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
