Celebrating Michael Cherno….
Sweet Michael - My best friend and husband, you left us too soon.
Michael lived with wit and sense of humor that was always present.
Michael had a love of nature and animals. He had a passion for cooking and valued dining, always taking his time to enjoy each meal.
His personality had multiple facets. He graduated from Coronado High School and New Mexico State, forming many long-lasting friendships.
A creative entrepreneur, he owned a construction management company, retail store, landscape management, and jewelry manufacturing along with securities and investment management.
Michael Bruce Cherno, age 73, Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at his home in El Paso, Texas. He was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother, grandfather, friend and will be dearly missed. Michael is preceded in death by his parents: Milton Cherno and Joan Fineberg. He is survived by his wife of 23 years: Teresa Laura Cherno, his children: Dr. Matthew Cherno (Jennifer), Ryan Cherno (Michelle), Gian Carlo DaPrato (Diana), and Elisa DaPrato, his siblings: Julie Bondi and Stewart Cherno, as well as his grandson: Marco DaPrato. He is also survived by many extended friends and family to cherish and honor his memory.
Michael, I am thankful for our 23 years together.
I love you to the moon and back.
I will always miss you!
