In addition to his parents, Michael is preceded in death by one daughter, Jessica Ferguson; and 2 siblings, James Ferguson Jr., and Rebecca Sue Ferguson.
Left to cherish his memory, Michael leaves behind a loving wife, Debra Ferguson; 8 children, Anthony Dewayne Bishop, Terry Shane Bishop, Gary Gene Bishop, Tiffany Bishop, Michael Bishop (Amanda), Justin Ferguson, Aaron Ferguson (Megan), and Trevor Ferguson (Stephanie); 2 siblings, Patricia Ferguson, and Sandra Rahim; stepmother, Deloris Spencer; many grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
A funeral service for Mr. Michael Lee Ferguson will be held at 12 PM on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at Legacy Funeral Center-Schoppenhorst Chapel, 1832 W. Market Street, Louisville, Kentucky. Visitation will be held Monday, February 21, 2022, from 12 PM to 8 PM, and before the service from 10 AM to 12 PM, at the funeral home.
