Michael J. Gossman, 56, of Evansville, passed away Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital.
Michael was born in Evansville on October 17, 1968, to the late Joseph Frank and Patricia Jean Allen Gossman. He had been a truck driver for PD&S Truck Lines.
He is survived by his stepdaughter, Ashlee Black; his son, Jacob (Julie) Bowers; two sisters, Mary (J) Stucki and Gretchen (Terry McCullough) Gossman; four brothers, Joseph Frank (Karen) Gossman III, Mark (Denise) Gossman, "Rick" John Eric Gossman, and Tom Gossman. Also surviving are several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by a brother, Peter Gossman.
The Gossman family would like to thank Deaconess Midtown Hospital nurses and staff and Deaconess Hospice for their kind and compassionate care.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. James West United Methodist Church, 3101 Hillcrest Terrace, Evansville, IN 47712.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
