Michael Jeffery Harkins

Michael Jeffery Harkins, 67, of Seabrook, Texas passed away peacefully on October 29, 2025, at Houston Hospice. He was born June 9, 1958, in San Antonio, Texas, the son of the late, Harvey Harkins and Edwina Harkins.
Mike was a boating enthusiast employed in sales at Texas Marine. He also loved cars and began his career as an auto mechanic when he was only 14 years old working at Motorcars Ltd. He loved volunteering for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and participated in the annual bar-b-que cook off for many years. He was a proud 1976 graduate of Sharpstown High School in Houston, TX and attended Sharpstown Baptist Church.
He is survived by his mother, Edwina Harkins; his two sons, Chad (Natalie,Mitchell, Maison, Madie) and Adam; his grandchildren, Jake, Ryan, Charlee, Joleen, Jayden and Jace; his sisters, Sharee, Deborah (Craig),Brigitte (Gordon), and November (Ricardo); 10 nieces, 4 nephews, 15 great nieces, 15 great nephews, a great-great niece, a great-great nephew; and close personal friend, Lee Ann Vogel. He was preceded in death by his father. Harvey Harkins.
