Michael Joshua Jones, more commonly known as Josh, passed away on October 15, 2024, at the age of 24 in his home in Phoenix, Arizona holding the hand of his wife. Josh grew into a remarkably motivated and hardworking individual, always prioritizing the needs of others with a kindness that resonated deeply within those that had the pleasure to meet him. Josh graduated from Cactus High School, though he chose not to pursue higher education, focusing instead on personal and professional growth outside the academic sphere.
Professionally, Josh's career was within the retail side of the automotive industry but he found great pleasure when we was working with his brother at his auto shop, he brought the same dedication and kindness to his work as he did to every other aspect of his life. Outside of work, he thrived in the great outdoors. He had a profound love for camping, fishing, hiking, and off-roading. Josh found joy in simple pleasures, like savoring a good cup of coffee while appreciating the beauty of nature. Josh's life was rich with love and support from his family.
He is survived by his wife, Lexi Jones; his parents, Kelly and Jeff Jones; and his siblings, Jake and Sara Jones. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ray Williams.
Josh's legacy is one of love, hard work, and kindness, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew him.
A Celebration of Life will be held in his honor at CCV on 67th and Happy Valley, where friends, family, and those whose lives were touched by Josh can come together to share memories and celebrate the time they had with him.
