Obituary For MICHAEL LINDSEY

With great sadness we announce the passing of Michael Lindsey on August 20, 2025 at the age of 65. Michael was born on April 1, 1960.

Michael was a very bright young man and could read at the age of 2. Mike's dad left when he was around two years old and rejected him. Mike spent many years by his mom's side and built an apartment behind his mom's house to be close to the only parent he knew

Mike graduated from Hirschi High School in 1978. He often frustrated his Math-Science Teachers because he was so gifted. Mike wouldn't follow the given formulas but would instead make up his own to solve the problems.

Mike found joy in music and was a talented guitar player. He was a Star Trek fan. He will be remembered for his unique sense of humor. He was a shining light to all that had the privilege of knowing him.

His passing has left a sword in the hearts of those who knew him and whose lives were touched by him.

We ask that you remember Mike and not for the way his life ended, but for the way it was lived and the profound impact it had on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Although Mike's physical presence may no longer grace our lives, his spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us. May his memory be a blessing, and may we carry forth his legacy of Love and Compassion in all that we do. Despite the pain, Mike came out a hero and stayed strong until the end. The world is diminished because he is gone, but it is still a better place because he was here. Mike was very happy with the care he received at O). U. Medical Center.

Mike's mother passed years ago and he had no other family. A true friend in one that leaves footprints in your heart. Mike said he didn't want a funer or memorial and we will respect his decion. Rest In Peace MIKE… WE Love YOU.
