Michael is survived by his mother, Mary Powell of Mount Vernon, Illinois; sisters, Terri Clary and husband, Steve of Olney, Illinois, Vickie Bressler and husband, Kenny of Mount Vernon, Illinois; brother, Kenny Powell of Mount Vernon, Illinois; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Michael was preceded in death by his father, Edgar Powell.
Michael loved his family dearly and enjoyed Mt. Dew.
Special care was given to Michael during his last years at life by Terri, Steve, Savannah, and Declan Clary.
A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Oakwood Cemetery in Mount Vernon, Illinois with Reverend Brian Fuller officiating. Interment will follow.
