Michael S. Rhine, age 64, of Marshallville, formerly of Cuyahoga Falls and Stow, died Friday, August 1, 2025, at his residence, following a period of declining health.

Michael was born on August 3, 1960, in Massillon, Ohio, to the late Thomas J. "Pete" and Kay (Latham) Rhine.

He graduated from Smithville High School in the class of 1978 and was employed as a truck driver for Automated Graphic Systems for 40 years prior to retiring.

Michael was a member of the Marshallville American Legion Post #718. He enjoyed Hunting, attending concerts, restoring cast iron, gardening, hanging out at the Chestnut Street Tavern and was an avid Cleveland Browns and Indians fan and loved college basketball..

Surviving is his daughter, Ashley (Josh) Rhine; sons, Collin (Danielle) Rhine and Justin (Stephanie) Rhine; grandchildren, Everett, Rory, Stetson, June, Cash, Wyatt, Lyla and Bronson; brother, Dean (Jingyu) Rhine; and sister, Lisa (Scott) Fetter.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Kay L. Rhine; and father, Thomas J. "Pete" Rhine.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at the Marshallville American Legion Post #718 from 4 to 7:30 p.m.

Memorials may be made to the Marshallville American Legion Post #718, 7 S. Main St., Marshallville, OH 44645.
