Born on October 12, 1951, in Saginaw, Michigan, to the late John and Blanche (Hincka) Stimpson, Michael would be a lifelong Saginaw resident. Michael was also an active member of the United Auto Workers in the benefits division. Michael enjoyed working on cars, remodeling his home and cabin, and traveling. He cherished the time spent with his family and friends, creating many fond memories.
