My sincere condolences to all of COL Van Leuven´s family. When I worked at Military Affairs in the EOC Building, he was Legal Advisor.
Mike was always knowledgeable, kind and understanding. Whatever the matter, he had a calm, logical response. Many will miss this good man. You all are in my prayers.
