After a long and courageous battle with cancer, Michael T. Weible, 74, passed away on March 23, 2025, at his home in Olathe surrounded by his loved ones.
Michael was born on August 16, 1950, in Houston, Texas and was preceded in death by his parents Robert M. and Jacqueline (Milam) Weible, and brother Joe.
He graduated from Baker University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Education in Teaching.
He worked as an Instructor for Johnson County Community College in the electrical technology department. He was also a master electrician for many years prior to teaching.
Michael enjoyed golfing and fly fishing with his friends and family, and later in life spent many evenings with his wife, Jennifer, watching their favorite TV shows and movies.
Michael married Jennifer Conner on May 30, 1987, in Shawnee, KS. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include his 2 siblings, Susan Nolan and Randy Weible, 3 children, Timothy, Brandie, and Hollie, and 5 grandchildren.
The Celebration of Life will be held at a later date for family and friends. The family suggests memorial contributions in his name to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
