Mike Topa Obituary
Mike was a 1997 graduate of Avon Lake High School and was employed for the past 10 years as the Outdoors Operations Manager for Avon Oaks Golf Club. Mike was a home body that would choose to be home with his wife and their dog and cat over anything. He was a kindhearted person who was a friend to everyone he met. To know Mike was to love Mike.
He is survived by his beloved wife Lindsey Mortus; loving parents Wally and Eileen; dear stepson Ryan Mortus; siblings David (Jen) and Brian; mother in-law and father in-law Gary and Carrie Mortus; nieces and nephews Sam, Molly, Jane, Elise, Eric, and Eva; and his large extended family of loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

My heart breaks for the parents and wife of Mikey as I remembered I called him. He was a sweet, lovable little boy and he was always sweet to younger cousins Maureen, Andrew and Peter Topa. When I think of him I always see him as that sweet little boy! Words can never express the pain of losing a child. My thoughts and prayers in helping you deal with your loss! Love aunt Christine
