Mitchell was born on December 4, 1950 and passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2017. Mitchell was a resident of Lowell, Ohio at the time of his passing. Mitch was a 1969 graduate of Lowell High School in Michigan. He served in the Army and Air Force and retired after 28 years of service. He was a Vietnam Veteran with the Americal Division and the 173rd Airborne Brigade earning a Bronze Star. He was married to Sandra. Funeral service will be on Sunday February 26 2017 at 2 p.m. at the Lowell Chapel of Cawley Peoples Funeral Home with Rob Tuttle officiating. Visitation will be on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and for one hour prior to services on Sunday.
