Monet Bowden

Monét Lecole Bowden, born on January 26, 1994, in Atlanta, Georgia, to Brad Bowden, Sr. & Marlon Bryant- Bowden, was the third of three beautiful children in their union.
Monét's education took her through the Henry County and Rockdale County school systems, culminating in her graduation from Salem High School in the Class of 2012. During her time there, she pursued a degree in early childhood development. Subsequently, she enrolled at The Paul Mitchell School, where she earned her Master of Cosmetology certification.
While attending Paul Mitchell, Monét gained valuable experience working with renowned organizations such as FedEx, State Farm, and the Hartford Company. After her graduation, she dedicated her skills to providing exceptional services to her exclusive clientele.
Monét loved to sing and perform. She was able to combine her love of performing arts and cosmetology by lending her talents to The Henry Players, a non-profit theatre company. There she showcased her talents in various productions, including RENT, Little Shop of Horrors, and Dreamgirls. Her performances were accompanied by her singing and dancing, while she also contributed her artistic flair in makeup artistry and set design. She also recently found a love for agriculture, raising chickens and gardening.
Monét entered into her eternal rest on the evening of October 3, 2025. Her memory lives on in the hearts of her three children, Aubrey (8), Autumn (6), and Avery (1); parents, Brad T. Bowden, Sr., and Marlon Bryant-Bowden; brother, Brad Bowden Jr.; her twin brother, Morgan Bowden; grandmother, Shirley Bowden; aunt, Tiffiny Bowden; uncle, Ronald Bowden Jr. (Jamita); fiancé, Lorenzo McWilliams; and a multitude of great aunts and uncles, cousins, relatives, and loving friends.
