Myron Francis "Mickey" James

Myron (Mickey) James, 73, of Greenwood, passed away Monday, November 17, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on May 7, 1952, in Greenwood to Charles and LaMona (Martin) James. Mickey graduated from Greenwood High School and worked at Arvins for 41 years. He shared a passion for football, especially the Green Bay Packers and Notre Dame, with his family and was a dedicated AJ Foyt race fan.
Mickey is survived by his wife Susan James; daughters Kelly (Joe) Brown and Lauren James; and son Tony (Rachel) James; grandchildren Lana, Leah, Evelyn, Elizabeth, William, Erin, Avery and Jackson; brother Eddie (Jo) Cunningham; and sister Dawn (Rick) Tyler.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Lana Sims.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 20th from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Greenwood American Legion Post 252, 334 US 31 S, Greenwood, 46142.
