Nancy Lee (Saltzer) Corrigan, 87, of Pottstown, PA, passed away on January 26, 2024, at Pottstown Hospital. Born in Pottstown, PA, on May 14, 1936, Nancy was the daughter of the late Raymond Saltzer and Ruth (Mourar) Saltzer Ellis.
Nancy, a graduate of Pottstown High School in 1954, dedicated 30 years to Dana Incorporated, where she served as a plant manager assistant until her well-deserved retirement. She then opened Sunshine Ceramics, with her beloved husband, Bob, to pursue her artistic passion for ceramics. Nancy loved cooking, decorating her homes, gardening, and caring for her precious dogs, Snoopy, Tiffy, Ginger, King, and Maddy. In her later years, Nancy lovingly made a home for her wonderful mother, Ruth Ellis, and her son, Ed Alderfer. In her leisure time, she enjoyed reading mysteries and creating beautiful ceramics.
Nancy is lovingly remembered by her son, Edwin Ray Alderfer; her stepdaughter, Susan Corrigan Levengood; her grandchildren, Dorothy (& Scott) Reimert and Robert Levengood Jr.; and her great-grandchildren, Jacob Reimert, Alex Reimert, Leah Levengood, and Katelyn Reimert.
Nancy was predeceased by her husband, Robert G. Corrigan; her stepdaughter, Carol Ann Corrigan; and her son-in-law, Robert Levengood Sr.
