Nancy Ann Day

Nancy Ann Day of Rochester, Michigan, passed away peacefully in her sleep, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, laughter, and love. A spirited soul with a zest for life, Nancy found joy in the simple pleasures-long walks under Michigan skies, spirited games of pickleball, and the magic of a well-cooked meal shared with those she loved. Whether she was stirring a pot or savoring a bite, food was her love language, and her kitchen was a place of comfort and connection.

Nancy was the beloved wife of John Robert Day, with whom she shared a lifetime of devotion and partnership. She was a proud and loving mother to her two sons, Christopher and Paul, who carry forward her love of food. She is survived by her cherished siblings, Elaine, Chip, and Lisa.

Services will be held Monday October 20th, at 11 am, at St. Andrews Catholic Church, 1400 Inglewood Ave, Rochester, MI 48307.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Nancy's memory by sharing a meal with someone you love, taking a walk with a friend, or simply offering a kind word -just as she would have done.
