Nancy Johnson Deville, age 70, of Jacksonville, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on June 16, 2025. She was born in Conway, Arkansas on March 8, 1955 to Fred L. and Bonnie L. (Wright) Johnson.
Nancy is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Billy R. Deville Sr.
She is survived by her children Bonnie (Jason) Hurless, Lorna (Derrick) Hale, Billy II (Leah) Deville, Janella (Donnie) Southerland (Deville); grandchildren Jimmy, Jacob, Tanner, Rosanne, Josette, Billy III, Jaden, Jordan, and Tristan; great-grandson Connor; two sisters Sue (Ronnie) Southerland and Becky (Danny) Neal; sisters-in-law Joyce (Phil) Toups and Julia (Rex) Deville; along with a host of extended family and friends.
Nancy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and teacher. She was passionate about her faith. She lived to attend church and was a member of Bible Missionary Church in Jacksonville. Nancy was a teacher for over 20 years. She loved her students deeply and always claimed them as her own. Nancy valued her relationship with her children and her students and made it her mission to teach them the Word of God through her example. She will truly be missed by her family and all of the people's lives she touched.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20, 2025 at 10:00am with the funeral service starting at 11:00am at Bible Missionary Church in Jacksonville. Interment to follow at Johnson Cemetery in Jacksonville.
