Nancy Marie Fenimore

Nancy Marie Fenimore, 84, of Mishawaka, passed away Monday, May 20, 2024, at St. Joe Regional Medical Center. She was born on September 6, 1939, to the late Norbert and Alice (Smiegelski) Chlebowski. On Oct 23 1976, she married Richard Fenimore.
Together, Richard and Nancy had 3 children. Surviving are her husband Richard of Mishawaka, Jeff Jennings of Mishawaka, Denise (Mike) Halfast of NC, and Kimberly (Charles) Singleton of Mishawaka. Five grandchildren; Ashlee Jennings, Kyle Singleton, Chase, Kelsey, and Rebecca Halfast. Two great-grandchildren Evan and Grant Marder, a sister; Patricia Ann Moreno of South Bend and Two sisters-in-laws; Stella and Cathy Chlebowski.
She was preceded in death by two brothers Eugene and Dale Chlebowski.
Nancy's focus belonged to her family, grandchildren, gardening, and her yard. She was the owner/operator of Studio NN Interiors for over 20 years. On retirement, Nancy was a substitute teacher for the Mishawaka and Penn School systems. Nancy's pride and joy was taking care of her grandchildren after school and helping with their homework.
Nancy's wishes were to be cremated. The family will be receiving guests 1 hour prior to the Celebration of Life at 12:00 pm on Saturday, May 25th at Cruz Family Funeral Home 1109 Lincolnway West Osceola, IN 46561. Cruz Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Osceola has been entrusted with her care. Memorial contributions can be made to March-of-Dimes.
