Nancy Kay Gray, 63
Nancy Kay Gray, 63 of Ashland passed away on Thursday morning, March 27, 2025 in University Hospital Samaritan Medical Center, following a short illness.
She was born on August 10, 1961 in Ashland the daughter of the late Ronald and Kay (nee Kiplinger) Jenkins.
Nancy graduated from Mapleton High School, Class of 1979.
She was currently employed at Lutheran Village and worked previously at the Amvets and Bank One.
Nancy was a loving mother, a devoted daughter, and a wonderful grandmother. Family was everything to Nancy.
She loved attending events that both her daughter's and granddaughter were involved in.
She is survived by two loving daughters, Ronda Kay (Byron Spreng) Gray of Ashland and Erikka (Austin Gonzalez) Gray of Ashland; one granddaughter, Alaina Spreng of Ashland; three brothers, Mike (Henry Chen) Jenkins of London, England, Mark (Karla) Jenkins of Ashland, and Steve (Natalie) Jenkins of Ashland; her brother-in-law, Herbie (Ronda) Gray of New York; her sister-in-law, Renee Russell of Ashland; ten nieces and nephews, Taylor (Kyle) Bache, Ryan (Michaela) Jenkins, Zoe & Emma Jenkins, Brittany (Geremy) Profit-Rheinwald of Brockport, New York, Natalie Gray of Mansfield, Lacy Gray of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Gary (Brook) Russell of North Carolina, Brooke Martin of Ashland, and Aime Russell of Ashland; and her great nieces and nephews, Gavin & Miley Bache, and Jaxon & Nava Jenkins.
In addition to her parents, Nancy is preceded in death by a former husband, Douglas Gray.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 3, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Denbow-Gasche Funeral Home. A family interment service will be in the Nankin Cemetery where Nancy will be laid to rest with her parents.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
