Arnaudville - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 3:00 PM, Thursday, September 4, 2025 at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church honoring the life of Nancy Gail Guidroz, 58, who passed away on August 28, 2025, at The Carpenter House.
A visitation will take place at Pellerin Funeral Home in Arnaudville on Thursday from 8:30 AM to 2:45 PM.
A rosary will be prayed at 1:30 PM on Thursday.
Rev. Travis Abadie will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Readers will be Christie Toby and Gabrielle Roberts. Gift bearers will be Rhailyn, Cambreigh and Chayton Washington, Jazzimane and Sebastian Guidroz.
Burial will follow at St. John Francis Regis Mausoleum.
Nancy was born on February 6, 1967, in Arnaudville. She was a remarkable woman whose greatest joy stemmed from being an involved mother and grandmother. Her spirit shone brightest when surrounded by her children and grandkids, whom she cherished deeply.
Nancy lived her life with vibrant enthusiasm, often found scrolling through her phone or immersing herself in her Facebook community, where she delighted in sharing moments from her busy life. Shopping brought her joy, whether it was exploring the latest trends on Temu and Shein or making a special trip to Walmart for everyday essentials.
She is survived by her mother, Elsie Toby; son, Matthew Guidroz (Louise); daughter, Azelie Guidroz (Edward); sister, Christie Toby; grandchildren, Rhailyn, Cambreigh and Chayton Washington, Jazzimane and Sebastian Guidroz; and her life companion Allen Wiltz.
She is preceded in death by her spouse, Edmond Guidroz, Jr.; father, Arthur "AJ" Toby; sister, Brandy LeBouef.
Pallbearers will be Nicholas Guidry, Nicholas Patin, Bobby Knott, Edward Journet, Brian Taylor, Gregory Landry, Jude Robin and Lemuel Washington
Honorary pallbearers will be Matthew Guidroz, Robert Lee Guidry, Seth Latiolais, Spencer Latiolais, Christian LeBouef and Allen Wiltz.
Pellerin Funeral Home (337-332-2111) is in charge of arrangements.
