Nathan Thomas Gant, 38, of Knoxville, TN, died January 3, 2024. He was born in Bryan, TX, and moved with his family to Knoxville when he was 9 months old. He was baptized in Texas and raised in Lake Hills Presbyterian Church, where he was active for as long as he could be. Nathan was a graduate of South Doyle High School, and the University of Tennessee; he became a Certified Professional Coder. He and his brothers made many friends in and around Knoxville.
Nathan is predeceased by his grandparents, John and Idell Gant, and Vencil and Betty Callison; and by his aunt, Cynthia Lee Callison; all of Huntington, WV; his father, Michael McCoy Gant; and his brothers, Aaron Michael and Daniel Patrick Gant. Survivors include his mother, Sharon Callison Gant; his aunt and uncle Deborah and Jeffrey Groat of Ohio; his uncle John Gant of Holland, MI; and many cousins.
He was loved by so many and will be sorely missed. Many thanks to Lake Hills Presbyterian Church and the Mount Olive Elementary School family for all their support.
