Nathaniel Lee Wilcox, age 79, entered eternal rest on Saturday, July 19, 2025. He was born on June 28, 1946. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Mae Smith Scorza and Vincent Scorza and 1 grandson, Edward "Doofey" Johnson. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Linda Landis Wilcox; 5 children, Glenda "La La" Johnson Chaney (Stephon), Kristina Wilcox, Rebecca Landis Nett (Randall), Rachael Wilcox White (Matthew), and Nathaniel M. Wilcox; 3 grandchildren, Nathan Wilcox, Fallon Nett, and Natalie Wilcox; 1 sister, Zavier Scorza Smith (Casey); 1 brother, Calvin Williams and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025 beginning at 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm. The service will be held in the Chapel of Professional Funeral Services, Inc., located at 1449 N. Claiborne Avenue, New Orleans, LA. 70116.
